IRCTC has launched new booking system in which you can book thickets in less than a minute. If you are enabled to access Next generation e-ticket booking system(nget irctc), you can access this site else you can login to this site but you wont get any links to book, just they will display link to go to irctc.co.in. This is the good and needed interface for customers. The fast and booking of this system is awesome. You can book thicket less than a min.
You can’t enable for this next generation ticket system(nget irctc). It will be enabled by the system. Once you will be enabled to access this system, you can access this site. I think this site is in the beta mode. Once everything is going wwell, I hope they will allow all of us to access this site. Peak hour of Tatkal ticket booking is 10am to 12pm.
NGET Irctc Tatkal ticket booking is also available in this system. Above the trains list you will find Tatkal option. If you select the option, you will get tatkal available tickets. Then you can book. Train ticket booking in 30 seconds.

Kindly note that Next Generation booking system is still under testing and user are being
migrated to it in a phased manner based on certain criteria.
As soon your profile will match those criteria, your account will be
migrated to the new system. But I don’t know the criteria.
the tatkal image is not shown as before, in the quota area we need to select tatkal then the tickets are refreshed again.
IRCTC’s Next generation e-ticketing is worst.
IRCTC itself has planned to deactivate / destroy the login users

If any person wants old sytem what should be done.
I think there is no option to revert this back. They are planning to move all IRCTC users to Next Generation e-Ticketing System.
How to make payment with the debit card not listed…i have tried many times but unable ti make payment,telk me the procedure
You can see this message on the top of the payment section.
If you have any Visa/Master Debit card not listed below, any of the Visa/Master credit card Payment Gateways (ICICI PG, HDFC PG, AXIS PG) can be used for ticket booking (If enabled by card issuer).
If your card is not in the list, you can pay the amount by selecting credit card option.
1). Select Credit card
2). Select the payment gateway listed in the option.
3). Enter your Debit card details.
4). Continue the steps in the payment gateway.

I think, they haven’t enabled the I-Ticketing option in the new Next Generation e-Ticketing system. I will check and reply you soon.
You cannot request the NGET id. You can use your old Id(existing user id) once it is activated for your profile.
